Creative Majlis is a global network of creative professionals pooling in their talents and skills to make a difference to the world, creatively. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and our membership is free and open to creative people from all over the world.

About our name
You know what’s creative. ‘Majlis’ is an Arabic word for a gathering, when a group of people come together, connect and make things happen.

What brings us together?
A common urge. The heartfelt wish and ambition to pool our talents and make a positive difference in our communities.

What have we set out to achieve?
To do more than push products and recycle special offers as creative people. To propel our power of persuasion as seasoned creative professionals towards making a positive difference to the world around us.

Who moderates the Creative Majlis?
The founding members of the group, Mayura Sandeep and Farrukh Naeem, both advertising copywriters based in the UAE.

Who owns it?
Every creative member working with us owns Creative Majlis.

How do I join?

Interact with us through our Ryze message board. Post in your ideas for social issues you think we should address. Share success stories of campaigns and initiatives that made a difference to society. Suggest ways we could utilise our talents for any given social opportunity.

Do I have to be a creative professional to join?
Not necessarily. The one thing that we hope all our members will have, no matter where they are from and what they do, is a will to make a difference to our communities, as individuals and as a team.If all you did was to recommend our group to someone who can help us make things happen, you would still have made a great contribution.
